Parent Teacher Conferences

Today I went to parent teacher conferences for these two cuties and came home pleased with how well they are doing in school. Although the each have areas they can improve in a bit, both of their teachers said how much they love having them in their class! And they got the highest marks possible for behavior. Way to go Sweetie Peach and Kitty!

In other news, we are looking at buying a new vehicle (lightly used, actually). Any thoughts on Highlanders or Siennas? I know I already asked this on facebook, but I wanted to make sure I got as much feedback as possible since it is a large purchase.

Scripture of the Day: 3 John 1:2

  1. Okay the picture of the girls in the tree made me laugh!! My kids used to hide in our tree on parent teacher conference days so I couldn't find them when I got home--just in case they were in trouble. Of course the fact that they always hid in the same place doesn't say much for their intelligence. :-) You have cute girls.

  3. I found the highlander to be quite cramped. The 3rd row is virtually unusable. We considered the sienna when we bought our odyssey. It's a nice minivan, one of the things that turned me off about it was the premium fuel requirement. If you don't put 89 octane in it, engine power is reduced. The highlander and sienna are both based on the camry platform and should be plenty reliable, though.
