Halloween Wrap-Up

Just thought I would post a few pics of my kids in their Halloween costumes. I know it is a bit late, but sometimes it takes me a few days :-). First is Patch, who is supposed to be Pac Man. I thought this costume turned out pretty good considering I made it in the 30 minutes before it got dark. (I had forgotten he had decided to change his costume idea.) There are more ghosts and dot stickers on his legs and back. He was happy with it, so I guess the last minute panic was worth it.

Next we have Kitty. She was the only chef in the school parade this year. And I don't recall ever seeing a chef in previous years. This was a fun and easy costume, and comfortable for her to wear. The bowl did double duty for candy collection, too. Can't get much better than that--other than the fact that Mimi (my mom) had the hat on hand already and bought her the white chef shirt (which is really a scrub top). All I had to do was pick up an apron.

Last, but not least, is Sweetie Peach as a witch. Could a witch be much cuter? I doubt it. Thanks again go here to the loan of the hat from Mimi (she has a wealth of costume supplies at her house). The dress we had from three years ago when Kitty was a witch. So all in all this was a very cheap year for Halloween costumes for our family. Gotta love that!
